Hello and welcome to my site. My name is Farnaz Afshoon and I am a Computer System Technology student at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
This site is all about my work and my skills so far. Thank you for spending time to visit it and for your interest to find out more about me.
My background at bcit
I started as a Computer Information Technology (CIT) student in September 2008.My program involved many interesting courses like Java, Database, Math, Web Development, Human Computer Interaction and Business Communication.
I realized after a short while that I am enjoying my program a lot. I was especially interested in the programming courses and switched to Computer System Technology (CST) program from January 2009. CST is very focused on programming languages and provides me with an opportunity to learn about low-level programming and implementing many of other skills for today’s industry. I have so far finished my first term at CST with success and am very much looking forward to my future courses.
